...It looks like my theory of baiting at night to pattern the Wolves to feed during the day, or close to sunrise is now a FACT!!!!
In this episode, Franklin finally find some time to drive the 35 minutes to my acreage to check out what we got right at our fingertips. Join Franklin & I for not only some good ole' fun Wolf management, but true education where the classroom is Mother Nature herself!
It was humbling having Franklin by my side exploring areas of the acreage I haven't seen yet because I've been too busy prepping for my Wolf pack! He offers some amazing education in this video & shows me not only the different animals I have on my land, but trees, bushes & potential for harvesting of food!
Franklin also points out clear discrepancies with my Wolf bait & how to resolve them by building a small bush fence to funnel the Wolves into a specific feeding area.
And thank you to ArmyTek for sending me such a beauty headlamp - You guys can get 15% off by utilizing my code below at the checkout:

He gets around better than I do at 55. If you just met him you would think he was 45-50. Good for you Franklin.

I should have duct taped my camera to my chest & let it roll the entire walk of my property, you guys would've eaten that up, but it would've been hours long LOLLL But hey... hours of amazing bush info!!!

Franklin the Yoda of the backwoods. So knowledgeable about everything. I don't blame him for looking for Chaga cause I do as well when I'm walking around the backwoods. They definitely found the Diner now.!

Great stuff! Those barrels on that old homestead were likely used for fuel. I have a beautiful diamond willow stem from the Red Lake area that I got back in 1972. Wish I'd have gotten more! The Indians used ash trees for sled runners and snowshoe frames, and they were very secretive about their ash groves. They would heat the ash and bend and clamp it with minimal tools. I can almost smell that wolf crap from here in Ohio! 🥵

Merv, you're just as full of knowledge as Franklin is!!!! Franklin was amazed by the amount of Ash I had on my property. We may smack some down for his sawmill in the near future. I cut that diamond willow "cobra" & will draw knife it then clear coat it.. it can be Renee's walking stick!

Oh dude I know.. I've explored maybe 1% of it... maybe 10% but if that... so that leaves a lot of acreage to explore & hopefully find some cool stuff! Found a Moose shed when I first got the land - sadly its pretty rough & old but still neat!!!

How many acres did you say you got there?
@PatterningNature
@PatterningNature 4 ай бұрын
Just under 100 acres. Just located some property lines the other day, I was surprised they were still visible. One of them is just a tree line, but the others are actual old fencing believe it or not!
