I would assume that they told him to get blood testing done with his GP or local hospital to be on the safe side. They're probably equipped to detect the usual things people shoot up and not full testing. I think the advice mentioned was purely for if he was injected with something that would risk his life in the next few hours and his symptoms worsened. From what was said it sounded like there wasn't a visible puncture wound or needle mark and his symptoms were more consistent with a panic attack and highly stressful situation (can't blame him on that one! I'd have lost my absolute shit 😂) but it's common sense that they will have said that he would be best to get tested just to be safe rather than sorry.

I think her plan was to pretend she stabbed some kid with fentanyl in the hopes of luring paramedics, confusion, and panic to the Walmart entrance so she could more easily steal things in the resulting chaos. She specifically told the kid to get narcan immediately because she wanted him to cause a commotion and attract attention to himself. When she asked, "Is someone on drugs?" She must have assumed that the young man would be frantically calling 911 demanding narcan and that he would be the subject of investigation, not her. Next time you're at Walmart shopping for batteries. Remember the car next to you could be filled with trash of both the human and landfill variety.
@VenturiLife4 ай бұрын
Oh, good call...
@VenturiLife4 ай бұрын
I think you're on point with this conclusion. I'd say she's controlling the old bloke with sex to drive her around, and is a raving fentanyl addict, or similar. She pricked this young man with a needle, hoping he'd panic, insinuate to him that he had 5 minutes to live, and call 911 and just EMT would show up and treat it like a medical emergency, not the police. Then she'd duck in while they're assessing the guy, and steal meds/opiods/fentanyl and anything else that wasn't nailed down. Probably not the first time they pulled something like this. They're both trying to cover their faces with masks, not give identity etc. etc. A convoluted plot that easily fell apart in reality. Truly evil mind. The amount of guns etc. in the car and on them, is a big concern. I've seen similar psychopathic behaviour with two women that came into ER, creating a big scene amongst real human suffering, complaining about neck pain etc, to try and score some painkillers from the staff. Violent crime was way worse and more "random" when everyone was lead poisoned from leaded gasoline. The statistics bear this out. The only things that have gotten worse are crimes of inequality and poverty, mostly because inequality and poverty have only gotten worse, and we aren't really doing anything about it as a society. As well as the war on drugs creating the conditions for the proliferation of fentanyl. That could easily be solved through drug legalization and regulation. This would end all "cuts" ensuring clean drugs with standardized potency drastically reducing or eliminating the physical harm of drug abuse and ending the OD epidemic. It would also drastically lower prices, which would reduce the financial harm of abuse and price out the violent gangs and cartels, removing their primary income source while also creating jobs in the legal market from manufacture, sales, testing, regulatory, and other parts of the industry while creating a potential tax revenue stream that could be earmarked to help fund treatment providers. The war on drugs is an abject failure and makes the situation worse from every angle. Society would be much better off under a legal regime. Alcohol is one of the most harmful of all drugs, causing more physical and mental harm than even the majority of illegal drugs.

@NotaRealNameThrowaway4 ай бұрын
@@hayleymariemills EMS _released_ the man, LEO get to release him from the scene, which isn't the same thing, and wasn't discussed in the video. EMS have no ground to force him to do anything. As he isn't showing any symptoms, the literal best they can do, and have done, is tell him to go to the hospital. For all we know, they asked if wanted to ride in the funny weewoo box but he refused because he doesn't have coverage. Store footage is not available simply because Walmart _almost never release footage taken from their cameras to the public._ If it shows up, it'll be in court, and we still won't get to see it. Bloodwork isn't a magical process. Unless you know what you're looking for, it's not going to tell you much. If you've ever had to get your blood drawn many times over a few days, that's because they were looking for that proverbial needle in your haystack ass. Lots of different tests, most of which destructive, so you always need fresh blood, and there's thirty other people also getting their blood tested so you gotta wait your turn anyway. Oh, and lots of infections won't show up immediately anyway. This isn't TV. Finally, the aggravated battery charge is the one relating to the pinprick attack. The victim was really freaking out and claiming he felt like he was having a panic attack so I'm aware they can't force him to go to the hospital but I'm pretty sure he would've went with them to the hospital unless something happened like they reviewed the CCTV and told him she hadn't stabbed him with a mystery substance

@@scottinnh88 context matters. If the passenger of the car has a concealed weapon on them that they didn’t inform the police about, it’s only logical that the police would then demand the other person in the car to not reach around (as he could also have a concealed gun, which he did, infact he had 4 concealed weapons). If they then reach around then that’s ignoring a lawful command and resisting = arrest.

Sociopaths are everywhere nowadays. I hope "Tyler" is okay and gets some lab tests. The FACT that the police nor the EMTs suggested that he go get labs is quite scary to me. If he sees this or someone he knows sees this, please advise him to get some lab tests done to check for HIV/AIDS and any other viruses that can be spread through used needles.

hiv and hep c can take up to a few months to show up in a blood test so unfortunately he's going to have a brutal wait ahead of him. they probably gave him prophylaxis though

They did suggest he go if he gets symptoms but if he went with them at that moment that’s thousands of dollars to pay an ambulance and shopping at Walmart at 19yr old doesn’t look like a way to pay it. They also do not cover it in our insurance and they also wnat their payment within a year. No paying $50 a month to it like your parents always thought you could do…oh no no no. They wanted their $8,400 all at once and we negotiated to $5500 and we used a credit card, did a low interest transfer so we could pay it off in a year and spread the payment. It’s that or they sue you immediately and you get interest charges and they win in court always. No matter if you asked for them to come or NOT.

I think they didn't find an obvious point of contact/needle prick site. And also, pretty much no communicable disease is going to show up right away. Generally you'll need to wait at least a couple of weeks, if not a month, and then have them repeated every month for a year. That's if you can afford it or if the jackholes in your area haven't shut down all of the Planned Parenthood clinics, where you can actually go to get tested for these things for low cost or even for free.

Nothing has come of this case, the woman could still be innocent. Guy has a history of panic attacks and is doing well with no symptoms. They couldn't find anything on cameras, so he either had a panic attack and mis-directed employees to go after the wrong person, or something else is at play here. She could very well have done this but the cameras almost certainly would have seen.
