I felt at peace watching this beautiful lady cook, and also seeing the countryside around her. I admire how she made putting those dumplings together look easy! May she and her family never go through hard times or be hungry. I've been praying for a while that peace will come soon to Ukraine.

Как красиво хозяйка одета в национальную одежду! Одна обувь чего стоит! Мирного неба над головой Украине. Очень трудолюбивые люди. Мужчины все в заработках годами, а женщины одни на хозяйстве. Это не в квартире жить, а там надо делать все бегом, да еще и детей воспитывать успевать. Низкий поклон им. От души!

One thing that l think is staged for these videos is the beautifully decorated clothing the woman are wearing while cooking .l think a white shirt and big white apron is more likely .They would save the hand embroidered clothes for going to town or to visit a neighbour .But I love it all the same .

for dinner...what was mixed with the eggs...looked like cream or a yogurt. As to the little ravioli-type crescents, looked like a soft cheese of some sort used as filling. Would like to know. Perhaps there could be captions noting such things ??

The first one is not Ukrainian meal, it is Romanian traditional polenta/ = mămăliga / /like Italian one from corn flour, she needs to add also some cheese/= mămăligă cu jumări și brânză. N.B. / She has also to mix the polenta with a wooden special shaped big spoon.

What a great cooking experience for me. I loved the way she prepared her meal . wish I would have been there for lunch. She is a precious lady and I loved her mountain home. . I felt at home with her and loved her dress and especially her shoes. Wish her son would have come out and eaten lunch with her. Would have loved to have met him. She makes her food look so good but, I wish we knew her spices. Some of her vegetables I wasn't sure what they were. Her home is lovely and I will watch her whatever she wants to show us about her life.My wish for the Ukraine people is peace and that the war will end very soon safety for their country . God Bless the people of Ukraine!!

Все хорошо но вот одно плохо если уж они делают все молча то хотя бы писали что они ложат в свои блюда а то нечего не понятно а так все классно спасибо и всего Вам доброго
