White Americans dominate NASCAR and hockey. But the reason could be because of the lack of opportunity for other groups. Take a look at basketball. The top players are now foreign born. That just shows that it's not a racial issue. Hispanic players now dominate Major League baseball. Back in 1974, the league was 40% black. So if there's opportunity for everyone, everyone shines.
