You're exactly right. And even if she got her piece of paper, she still wouldn't have understood that month-to-month meant that the tenancy was at the discretion of the landlord or tenant. Meaning that either party could terminate her occupancy as long as notice was given in the proper time frame (usually 30 days). She's a nut job and I think Judge Simpson knew that and is why he didn't lose his mind at her.

One thing I;ve come to hate since I started watching these videos is how often a judge will give someone an order and consequence, the person does what they were not supposed to or doesn't do what they're supposed to and then the judge does nothing or gives them a continuance.

No matter how great the people behind some channels, they lose me if they talk over the case, pause to say hello to special people every few minutes, have the court volume so low that you have to crank up your volume, only to have your eardrums blown out when the creator pauses to add commentary (or worse yet, in a live, respond to someone in chat with something as important as, "I know, right?", which nobody watching later will get watching the replay), etc. One channel throws up chat comments non-stop, often with zero context, and another channel is starting to do the same... I understand creators have to offer commentary, written or verbal, to transform the content, and it really adds to the enjoyment of a video if done correctly. The things I'm "Karening" about are just nuisances, IMO. YOU DO GREAT, BTW! I was agreeing with your comment & got caught up in venting! LOL Dang, obviously it's been building up, judging by the word count. 🤣

indeed they are! what gets me is when they say "youre the only court that doesnt honor common law" or "why are you harassing me? the last judge said that I dont need a license because im traveling" or "you dont have jurisdiction over me, im one with the land" And no matter how many times their delusions get shut down and keep digging their hole deeper and deeper with every ticket.... they just cant give it up and come back to reality... you will see them again in court!
