Today was the first day of our first Women's Basic Carpentry class for 2024! After several hot afternoons the temps have taken a dip and I even saw a few snowflakes flying around this morning!
This transitional time of year can be fairly tricky to predict weather-wise and we aren't kidding when we say to be prepared and bring layers... which students seemed to have on, which is great. The good news is we had hot tea and a portable fire and great attitudes galore!
If you haven't taken one of our workshops yet and are itching to build your DIY skills in carpentry or building, there will be a round of Fall and Summer classes opening up next month-- that's just around the corner in May!
We always give our Waitlist folks first dibs on new classes-- we send out a special email alert with new workshop dates and access to the PRESALE... occasionally a workshop fills up before we get to open it to the public, so we urge folks to sign up for the Waitlist for any class you might want to nab a spot in next time around...
