This Yogea sequence has an upbeat pace that stimulates the entire glandular system, and abounds with hip-opening poses that help align the uterus properly and increase the micro-circulation in the reproductive tract, rendering conception more viable. The inventive hip-stretchers, forward bends, deep squats, graceful backbends, elongated twists and subtle inversions are strung by sensual Moon Salute variations that promote the flow of "apana" throughout the entire body. The transitions happen seamlessly and are intended to correct postural alignment and release tension, promoting resilient connections between the hips, pelvis, and lower back, and stimulating the immune and endocrine systems. The fluid sequencing provides an experience of continuity and cyclic yielding. The core is strengthened isometrically, the pelvic floor toned, while the shoulder girdle opens into an uninhibited yawn. Performing this sequence gives your body a libido boost by opening and strengthening your hips and pelvis. You'll know you're doing it correctly if you feel a stretch in the front of your pelvis and hip flexors, and along the side of your torso and hip. The twists help to wring out any fertility-compromising tension that may be in your organs and muscles. In addition to allowing "apana" to move more freely, these asanas help to soften and "make space" in the pelvis and let go of tension in the abdomen. A goddess-pose Savasana makes the body available for fertile flow.

I am not intending to get pregnant, but found this so soothing in relation to my feminine sexual nature in general. Very healing for someone who needs to let go into self-love more. Thank you

i have tried this practice nearly 3 yrs ago when i stuggled to concieve. now i am doing it again trying baby no. two. this practice definitely help me get pregnant last time. thank you! hopefully, i can pregnant soon this time.

Dear Cordelia, Of course you will conceive this time again. This is a good luck charm practice. I also want to point out that we have a whole new fertility series "Vibrant Womb" (qi-gong and yoga) and "Ova boost" as well as a fertility meditation that will help you along the process. Thank you so much for this flow! I am a massage therapist and this flow helped me like no other practice to relax and tone through the whole body, alleviating routine tightness in the upperback and shoulders. Pelvic floor and hips rotations and deep stretches are something I've been looking for and they are here in such a beautiful dancing sequence! I enjoyed every bit of this practice, including your voice, so soothing and relaxing. I played it a bit slower (X0.75) and had to move my laptop on a rolling chair from side to side to ensure continuity of the flow, and I hope to learn it by heart soon enough to fully embrace the practice. Thank you!

Most of the fertility sequences contains tons of hip openers and pelvic floor activators. I am a teacher and loved this class.This a a wonderful hip-opening flow, very creative and fluid. Beautiful sequencing - unlike anything I've tried before. I thought the pacing was just right - but I have to say that the narration is confusing. It needs to be a bit more specific (right or left hand, for example) in order for the student to follow the flow without having to look constantly at the screen. Who is the teacher??? Please add this to your information above.

What a beautiful feminine flow. I really appreciate you creating these. I've been recently into femininity a lot and was looking for a more feminine and softer yoga practices, not just angular masculine ones. I would love to see more :) Also, it is little bit fast pace and can be hard to follow. Maybe a slower movement can improve that. Or more detailed explanation. Thank you and Namasté!

Dear Ma Devi Sita, Thank you for such an elaborate and helpful feedback. Yes, you are absolutely right. We are pacing our videos down so they are more user friendly and focusing on refining the instructional quality, too. We will try to redo this video at a much slower speed just for you, and will let you know when it comes out. If you are interested in women's routines. You can try our other routines "Glow-ying" and "Vibrant womb" (which is more a fertility practice, though. We also have a routine for menopause and many routines for all rimesters during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It is very relishing when the flows are softer and not angular, as you noticed. Yogea's fertility meditation and mudra practice and also Yogea's women's health routine "GlowYing". +cynthia yong Dear Cynthia, Thanks for commenting. This sequence is strung of "Ying" enhancing poses, that all boost the divine feminine juices of every female and target the balancing and activation of the first two chakras (muladhara and svadisthana). The poses are amplified by ritual mudras that also emphasize the power of receptivity over "pushing" and nurture our openness and divine reciprocity. The meditation at the end reaffirms the role or women as beacons of procreation and intuition. If you are interested in fertility practices, you can also try our fertility meditation, which is especially designed to reset the body to a birthing mode. Happy practice. Namaste!

The video is awesome, nice flow!! I have two questions here, I'm a teenage 21 years old, would it be appropriate for me to follow this asanas as now im suffering with my irregular menstruation, my second question would it be help me out to get fit or shed some fat off my body?

Dear Neshalini, Thank you for your refreshing comment. Yes you can absolutely do this sequence frequently to regulate your cycles, but also try our practice " "Alleviate and purify" which also contains powerful poses to help you harness your Yin power back into the second chakra. In terms of shedding weight, I suggest you try some of our weightless and fat burning Yogea routines which are especially geared towards getting into shape and losing weight. Dear Natalia, Yes, you can absolutely do this practice, along with Yogea's other fertility practices like Vibrant Womb and GlowYing while receiving hormonal stimulation. Is there a yoga practice movie for women's health but not connected with fertility?I think I saw once but I can't find it now. And second question - if it's possible to rise fertility with yoga, so maybe it's also possible to make a body less fertile?

cirilla83 Thank you for your inquiry. Yes we have a couple of lunar flow routines that are part of our women's health series, and we will be offering more female enhancing routines soon. Yes you can boost fertility, but you can also suppress it if necessary with Yoga. It is all a matter of choosing the right poses and combining them with the right intention, visualization and breathing practices. We will bear in mind your inquiry and create a routine that is geared towards over-all women's health and not only towards fertility. Dear Tayyaba, This is not a targeted weight-loss sequence. But we have tons of them on the Yogea channel. Check them out. I personally like "Slim Fit"; "Body sculpt" "Body carve" and "Zip the core". This is more a feminine flow which sparks creativity and procreative energies. Enjoy! Namaste!
