This Tutorial is a Breath of Fresh Air and I'm Hoping to Build a Birdhouse for My Niece who has battled Cancer and at this moment is in Remission. I Thank God for People like Yourself who takes the TIME to share His Knowledge with People who are Like Minded. My Cousin Rose M use to run Her own Art Gallery in Saskatchewan year's ago before We lost Her to a tragedy. Anyways, I just wanted toTThank You for making this Dream Project a Reality!! As a complete novice these are great tips. Question - do you have a foot pedal to control the power on the dremel as both your hands seem occupied with the dremel powering up and down?

As a old machinest I can tell by the sound that you are putting a heavy load on your grinder. That plus some burn marks i noticed tells me you should slow down a little to extend the life of your grinder.
