Idk if yall noticed but its taking that big log and making it one very long sheet of veneer which is super thin wood used as an external layer to make a cheap wood look like an expensive wood

@@dog_city Yeah, other commenters pointed out the lower right where you can see the sheet coming out. Easy to miss but crucial. (I, for one, know what veneer is.)

They are making wood veneer the log is being cut into thin strips. What’s left can be used as curtain pole or broom handle. A lot of people seem to think it is being shredded. It’s not!

The title clearly reads wood veneer. So the stick at the end is just the last bit that can't be used to make thin sheets of wood.

They're making wood veneer. There's a blade next to the right-hand roller that is shaving off a thin sheet of wood. You can see part of of it behind the right-hand roller, but it's mostly hidden. A better angle on the shot would have been much better.
