Great design, probably not strong enough for self defense but switch out the bands for trampoline springs and you may have something.

been watching some great design builds but would like to see some accuracy shots at 10m / 30feet if possible as some designs had no way of being accurate past 3m and shoot and hope.

Boss You really have patience using those chisels to carve out those trigger port through the stock like that. I'll use a drill to remove the bulk of mine then clean up the details. I must say I really enjoy you builds. I just recently in 2/ 2023 found them and now want to do some of my own. As I have many Grand sons and daughters. I will build all of them one but I will need to make them work with Nerf ball ammo as I know them and they will for sure try shutting each other. The boys for sure. L O L anyway keep the builds coming and I'll be watching.

I was wondering if you could use the trigger as the cocking mechanism, as well....after firing, use a side handle on the 'trigger', to push forward, a pawl slips past the ball carrier, then pull back until the trigger 'sets'...
