Woodturning and Resin: Something a Little Bit Different

A little something different today: 2 live edge bowl blanks, moss, tiny cones and, of course, epoxy resin! The result? A stunning vase. It took me a full month to make. Hope you like it.

Love the vase! Interesting texture, the color of the resin didn't overwhelm the other aspects. I always find cones in resing interesting, so many kinds and shapes to be used and revealed.

The end product is GORGEOUS!!! As to which I prefer between peacock feathers or pinecone accessories, I personally think peacock feathers look better at the top.

Really really beautiful! Is that ash? You inspired me to make the 4 hole Christmas ornament with the little Christmas tree inside. Turned out great. I really enjoy what you do. Newest subscriber! I initially thought you were setting up for an interior light but this was just as cool. The insert for the stems/feathers was very smart. Keep up the good work!

Good video, really neat project. Good demonstration. But I think most of us don't watch to be entertained. We want to learn, you should tell us what you're doing, instruct. And some audio to your videos. We would learn and get so much more if you teach us.
