You Need a higher counter pressure spring. so that your acceleration mashes through in one go

Hey super vidéo 👊 je vien d'acheter le même de 2011 et tout d'origine 75 au plat , tu est sur que tes réglage sont op ? Avec tout ce que tu à monter tu devrais taper les 120 au plat je pense 😉

Hello, it depends what you want, but I suggest to change carburetor or even cheaper just carb jets, and if you want to stay cheap and reliable that's it.

Remove all restrictors and adjust the main jet in the carburettor and it should do 70-80 with the stock engine. My 2004 zip 50 had restrictors in the air intake and variator, and they had also installed a really small jet, 52 I think, it runs much better with a 70ish. I also changed the exhaust, the catalyzer limits the power a bit, no need for a super duper exhaust, just something without a catalyzer and no restrictors.
