Yup, it works well just like this ... 'behind the scenes' is a great concept / application for this camera. It's a nice alternative to a vlog too ... in the sense that we as viewers still get a slightly more informal, less produced look at what is going with you, without you having to put too much effort into producing that. I understand that the effort associated with the production of your 'main' videos is more than enough to do.

Cody, would you hide an "easter egg" like a "Where's Waldo" in your 360 vids? I think it'd be fun. I vote for Garf, the stuffed figure in your guncleaning drwarer.

The proverbs 31 wife didn't seem to be micromanaged. Her husband let her run the household while he sat in the public square which meant he was free to engage in higher community function. He praised her for how she wonderfully handled both of their interests at home. The passage also stated that a woman like this was more precious than gems, and quite rare. The modern day woman should not accidentally read into the passage that while the wife was in control of the home, her husband didn't work for her as some kind of laborer. I'm not saying it's wrong for him to do things for the home, I'm just saying that he in no way falls under HER headship.

This 360 camera thing is great for overhead shots! You can pan down and see inside of the work project like the have on those cooking shows.

I know some business owners who could stand to learn this lesson, but you hit it on the nail when you said micro-managers tend to be unwilling to pay a decent wage and are just trying to get something for nothing.

Awesome glue up technique

Wraglerstar i have a replacement handle for my friction fit cold steel frontier hawk and im working on it but the handle is twisted so that the head is slightly off when you hold the handle.. whats the best way to fix it?

The last couple 360 wood shop videos, I've seen that double bit axe head on the side work bench. I sure hope we get to see that project when you get to it.

Great point on the micromanager comment. I work in IT and it is not unusual not have managers that will tell you how to do everything. My last manager and I realized we were both working toward the same goal and, for the most part, how we get there wasn't as important as arriving at that goal in a timely fashion with quality.

Good advice. I gotta get that one of these days.

How do you keep warm in there with no heat source?

I was kind of wishing for the 360 view during the tool box work when you lifted the work above the camera angle. I did turn around and look out the window but you don't know when.

Good advice about not micromanaging and freeing people to do their best for you. What a blessing for both involved. A few questions. How are you heating the workshop space? I understand you hope to put in windows wall on the windows side. When do you hope to start that project? Also, do you have plans for the odd looking floor you have in the shop. I know it is functional, but how could it be made better? Some material that is easier to clean, warm, level and so on?

Like the manly manners. I do the same thing when some one is trying to help me or I give my two sons some thing to do; I want to make sure they do it like I would but truth is they could do it even better if I get out of the way.

It may just be me but can you tighten up the movement of the 360? only way I can watch is my phone and it seems like if I make the slightest movement it wiggled the 360 around more than I moved. Still a good video.

When I first got married I had a real problem with thinking I was the best at everything and I micromanaged everything. Luckily, I chose a really good woman, or rather she chose me, and she managed to get me straightened out after a few years of being married.

Fun to watch 360

Once I put the picture quality up to 1080 the 360 picture in my iPad mini was good, but I found it a real strain to hear what you were saying. Usually the sound on your No. 1 channel is good, I hope you can improve the sound on the 360 format. However I still love both channels, please keep the videos coming.

You can't get away with anything hanging around on a 360

Sometimes, we are the only one that can do it right. Sometimes. Take example from my experience. There is no Mercedes mechanic here in Arizona that can work on a mid 1990's or older model (hear a few left in Southern California). To add to that, my 1985 280TE is a gray market with a gasoline engine, not the very common diesel. With my 300TD-T, R.I.P., tried a regular mechanic, first time, stuck to the quote. Next time over shot the time by three times the amount and cost over three times the price (over $400 to install a idler arm bushing). Since no mechanic not only able to, but also willing, am pulling the entire driveline myself because the flex disk shattered, instead of just the transmission. This way, not only can clean, but get full access to the suspension. No shop be willing to do that, they want them in and out as fast as possible, no care to craft or quality, charging at least $50 an hour (if not over $75). In this case, unless wanted to drive to my friend in Oregon, only I can do it how I want and know how it was done. Also, God gave me two hands to use and a good mind so can figure out how and accomplish it myself. Plus, no family or friends here to help, so who else is going to get it done? In short, good points, but to every rule, an exception. B.T.W., do like the 360 camera, but not love yet. Do like how can feel like there, follow around the space.

360 is not supported on my browser so it looks very distorted and I can't watch them.

For me the 360 quality is poor.

360 is interesting tech but it needs work. The focus and lighting is poor but I guess you have to put up with this kind of stuff when you are on the bleeding edge. 8^)
