I think the fact that the athletes seem so comfortable with him probably means that he's like that most times. Looks like there's a method to the madness, even if that method is just being a really chill coach who happens to know what he's doing.

I love his feedback on the log and how the runners being okay no matter how they feel at the time. So many athletes at this age what to be perfect but obviously that's probably never the case. This coach is pretty chill guy.

This longrun was like a sunday relaxing walk, more interesting could be longrun near to marathon pace to show us a workout with real impact in the physical improvement
