Ever wondered what it's like to train like a Division I athlete? On this episode of our "Sports Dissected" series, our host Leland Bruce becomes a member of the legendary Northern Arizona University cross country program for a day and trains with the team. The Lumberjacks take him through strenuous workouts in its brand new weight room, its one-of-a-kind altitude chamber and takes us through various trails through the Ponderosa Pine Forest. Love to see training and content videos like this!! Would love to see you do a school like Florida, LSU, Texas, or USC for track. Or even a Big Ten school on how they train / facilities since it’s usually cold in the winter months for indoor track season.

This is so awesome. Makes me miss my running days with a team - there's nothing like working together towards a goal and staying disciplined. I ran with Drew Bosley when he was a kid, and his dad coached me in High School. It's cool seeing Drew doing so well, what a beast
