It's time for a workshop catch-up - check out the progress on some of the cars undergoing restoration in Tyrrell's Classic Workshop.
Iain introduces us to a Lamborghini he first met when he was 19 years old. The complex Bentley Continental R is in for a service. A Ferrari quartet formed of a 330 GT, 360 Spider, 250 GT and the incredible F40. The "Black Forest" Miura is nearing completion. Geek out with Iain as he showcases a Lamborghini 3.5 litre V12 engine, destined as a fully working display. The Lamborghini Espada has had new carpets fitted by Craig. An incredible Aston Martin DBS V8 is looking more like its original condition with the dash and interior restored. Finally, we mustn't forget Iain's personal Lamborghini tractor.

Bob Wallace told me many years ago that Miura engines were never dyno tested at the factory as they had no dyno that ran in the opposite direction. Love the Italians guessing at hp figures

Thank you Iain. Great video. That original engine made up as a working display unit is absolutely stunning. The DBS V8 looks really sharp and I eagerly anticipate the dedicated video. The tractor is beautiful and the cast iron mudguards are a perfect solution for maximum traction. You certainly could not dent them whilst climbing in and out of the seat!😊

Hi Ian ,I did a high speed tractor run (M-Ferg, about 1966) across a plowed field, just about holding on to the steering wheel, (there was nothing else),sitting between those big tires you quickly learn the 20mph is excessive speed.

What an array of mouth watering machinery, I have worked on a lot of British vehicles, from post office telegram mopeds to jaguar V12s ,and other classic jaguar's, e-type jaguar's being my favourite. I enjoy your videos immensely, your trimmer does great work.

Thanks for all your great videos! The August 1964 edition of Road and Track magazine has the Lamborghini prototype engine with Weber down drafts on the cover. The article has a lot of great photos as well!

You're doing God's work restoring Lamborghinis. That Lamborghini tractor is intriguing. I recently watched the movie about Ferruccio Lamborghini and enjoyed watching them fabricate the "first" tractor from other vehicles.

Lovely, and again so many delicious cars to be witnessing. As for Lamborghini, the Espada has always been my most desired one tbh, merely for its astonishing design. And thank you so much that the DBS will be featured. That one in particular has caught my eyes earlier wishing it to be the star in one of the uploads. Well, my thoughts must have indeed been detected somehow, hahah. Thank you so much Iian for all of your delights here on YT.

Love that colour on the Countach and with the combination of white (?) interior even more so. Hope we get to see more of it in the future. When it comes to re-spray or not - It's "just" paint, more important to protect the materials beneath in my opinion then to keep some collectors image of a 100% original while it rusts away underneath. And yes, please more of the geeky in depth stuff!

Fascinating walk thru your fine workshop Iain and seeing these beautiful GT and supercars,. Never seen a Countach in that colour before, looks striking in Acapulco Blue. Good to see you have my favourite Aston in the shop too, the DBS V8 and it looks like same colour as the James Bond OHMSS Aston Martin, but that was a 6 cylinder model. Lovely Espada and tractor too. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to future features of these fabulous machines!.
