I have another video coming out soon. I’m probably going to post it for patrons tonight. I hope you enjoy it. For every step that I get closer at the same time I feel further away from finishing. It’s just so overwhelming. 😅

I didn't need an outlet but to be up to code I had to put in a disconnect. Also all the videos I watched before I installed my mini split said the outside compressor made a lot of noise when they are mounted to the wall. So u may want to mount it on the ground

I was thinking that too about the noise, but it shouldn’t be bad. I installed one at my parents and it ran supper quickly. I haven’t installed the disconnect yet because I haven’t decided where to put it. Did you put yours on the ground?

@@KivoxEnder yeah mine is. I was going to put bolts in the concrete to mount it down. But after a year of running it, it hasn't moved at all so I just left it as it is. Plus a lot of the wall mounts did leave enough room between it and the wall. I think it's recommended to have at least a foot from the wall for air flow
