The Icy Blowhog having a longer life span makes sense, since the reason cold temperatures keep food fresh is because it freezes the micro-organisms like germs and bacteria that cause the food to rot. This would mean that the Icy Blowhog is less susceptible to disease, and the colder the ice the more effective the resistance.

i just want to say, i love writing pikmin nature documentary thingys, but actually seeing someone produce not only one, but a series, is great. it also helps when I write with some details I could of missed (the puffy blowhogs in one espically, because if we look at Perplexing Pool in Pikmin 2, which is a future Distant Spring, we can see that the Puffy Blowhogs that wilted flowers there are now Withering Blowhogs, that's pretty cool) it's also great to see you quote Olimar and Monita as sources like they're renowned scientists that study these creatures, and dropping your own little theories on the creatures really sells it my only 'complaint' is the very easy to miss fact that the Blowlet is a different species from the Fiery Blowhog and not its young but I understand how you could miss that because come on (This can also be a Dwarf Fiery Bulblax situation, where the scientfic name is wrong as it is a Breadbug but with the different behaviours of the Fiery Blowlet and Blowhog I can see it being a different creature. Maybe the Blowlets evolve into the Fiery Blowhog that spits fireballs which is a boss in Hey! Pikmin?)

I think what Olimar means the withering blowhog's breath could be reversed and really help with plant growth on planets

also I just think the Tusked blowhog is in a different family because it's a pretty distant relative keeping traits from extinct past blowhogs like normal pigs

Pikmin) Now i do think pikmin adventure does have something to do with the series we all have our opinions These videos make me want to study pikmin enemies more often and i did some of the work for you which will be down below 👇 I hope you see this and have a wonderful day Beeb Family (From pikmin adventure) This research was done by me and i studied every single one and added extras to make it easier to study: Creepy beeb: this is the most common variant of the beeb family can handle any environment. This species of Beeb is much smaller and chooses to ram smaller victims for pretection. Since this beeb can easily be preyed on they either go in packs or follow there leader. Giant creepy beeb: this beeb is the second stage of a creepy beebs life and has gained much more weight allowing it to roll along a sent path. Sadly, since this beeb has grown bigger it cannot handle certain weather so i might migrate back to a warmer area. King Beeb: this royal creature is the biggest beeb in the family along side the queen baub. This beeb sleeps and guards its territory and is actually related to the telescoping pumphog. King beebs usually roll over any creature that attempts to attack and doesn't have any predators besides bulblords and grand bulblords. Queen baub: The queen buab is the female counter part of the king beeb that is able to reproduce through mating with the king. Bombardier Beeb: this beeb has evolved into an explosive hazard. This beeb has lost its ability to roll and has a much shorter life span since it degnates whenever its in danger. This is more of a rare species since its only found near junk yards. Bladed beeb: this beeb had evolved to handle colder environments and has grown a Praying Mantis look. This Beeb stabs its prey with is sharp arms and feeds off of them. This apex predator is extremely fast and very hostile to the point where it might be violent to its own family. A female specimen hasn't been discovered but the males have and mark any spot as there own territory. Greater studded Beeb: this is a distant relative to the bladed beeb. now that it has spike balls for hands it is even more hostile and extremely violent. It pounds its prey to a pulse and sucks up its small remnants. There have been incidents where it can get its spike balls stuck in the ground leaving it volnarable to attacks meaning this specimen is much easier to handle.

The species I know the least of is definitely this one I'm not sure why maybe I just don't like blow hogs as everyone else just never the appeal
