Sadly MAN don't body their buses for the uk, they only give us the chassis. But nowadays most MAN chassis to the uk is coaches.... I think the last city bus chassis the uk received is the A48

A smaller version of its big brother. Quite capable of doing a day’s work with its good charging capacity, ideal for narrow city streets.

Very interesting, looks like a great little bus. One thing I am curious about, and this is quite niche, is if one of these could possibly be configured for a 2+0+2 door configuration with the wheelchair area in the rear. A bit like those old high floor buses with the low floor overhang from 20 years ago. With all the batteries on the roof, my instinct says it should be possible. Mostly curious about that since it could be useful for rural regional lines. Here in Denmark we sadly have a lot of rural bus line closures, a lot of which is blamed upon big buses running empty or with very few passengers.... (I mean thats what you get when you reduce the route frequencies over a few years from every 1-2 hours to 3-6 buses per day), but in that case I wonder if a small electric bus with adequate and comfy seating like a 10e without the middle door. Especially since you'd allow for much more forward facing seats. Many electric buses here like the Van Hool A-series get a lot of complaints from the public about their rear facing seats over the axles.

As MAN offers vehicles in different configurations in every types MAN buses, this is also available in the Lion City 10E. As you said, more seats can be obtained by canceling a door. Instead of the 2nd door, the 3rd door can be canceled right now and you can add 4 more forward facing seats instead of 3.door. Also possible to choose bigger wheelchair area with cancelation of seats on podest. With a record-breaking turning circle, the new 10.5-m compact MAN eBus is the ideal solution for demanding routes. I think this is one of the biggest advantages of 10E.

it's a good looking vehicle. I wonder if they're going to see any use up here in the north. diesel/cng lion's cities are popular in sweden and norway but we dont see many in finland. I'm not holding my breath, but I am holding out hope.

Finland is probably also coming soon with more electric buses. Norway and Sweden are already crazy about them. But, I still like the diesel buses

Håper dere får tatt en gjennomgang av de nye MAN-bussene som kommer til Oslo i desember.. Blir spennende å se hvordan de er.. Håper bare på at de er like universale som Urbino Electric, der man faktisk ikke trenger å være fjellklatrer for å komme seg til de bakerste setene, som man må på dagens by-MAN.

So you were in the Italian Dolomites and were "....surrounded with 4 - 5000 meter high mountains......". ...well.....for the rest of the world is the highest mountain there mt. Marmolada at 3343 meter.

Good test drive but you need a better mic and the annoying cheesy music is way too loud. Same for other videos you've uploaded.

The mic is a sennheiser with high quality. The best in the market for its segment. Music is always hard. All people like different

@@bussmagasinet1 Then it must be the editing, but you must've noticed the sound is totally out of balance in this vid. True on the music taste, but the transition from speech to music is annoying because the music is too loud and one has to constantly play with the volume, especially if you watch it in the late hours when other people are sleeping.

Vi sliter med å gjøre filmer på utgående modeller. Vi trenger en form av support for å gjøre filmer, og Solaris støtter oss ikke for å gjøre film på en gammel model
