Wow any tips for holding breath over 30 sec because I can holde it under water only for 20-25 sec😅

Yes, I can hold mine about 3.5 minutes without practice because of how much I run. I would say just do a lot of cardio so you get fitter and don't need as much oxygen.

Over 30 minutes is pretty much impossible without a lot of training and supplemental oxygen. I did swimming and a lot of practice while attempting this record and could make it to about 2 and a half minutes consistently. Doing a lot of cardio is helpful as the previous commenter said, and I used the Wim Hof breathing method to push it.
