If you’re not opposed to using AI then I’ve been told Audio Enhancer is great for improving audio quality - of course you’d rather record the sound perfectly the first time round, but maybe something to keep in mind if it ever happens again☺️

I just have to say that it's so refreshing to see someone who shares my body type platformed on a show like this. We all know at some level that fitness and health are separate from body type, and there's no way to argue this woman isn't in incredible physical shape, but I'm equally sure she's been shamed and belittled. Thank you for celebrating her and all she does, as well as showing us all the work it takes!

Imho that's one of the things that American Football also does incredibly well. There is a place in the team for basically any body shape. In Europe, where the sport is a bit of a niche, we are very much searching for many more big guys and gals. There is also Flag Football with limited contact.

Maybe the best one yet!! What an inspirational woman. I love how open she was willing to be. To have gone through so much, especially the rape and then having your partner and biggest supporter pass away must be soul-crushing. The fact that she can be so positive and driven after so much is beyond inspiring.

The UK is FULL of wonderful strongmen/strongwomen but I did NOT think that's what I was gonna see from Sorted today! Wow!!! Excellent to see Rebecca on the podcast & to hear that she's dong so well. I used to take part (at a low level) in Highland Game power events & it was always sad that the woman's section was so poorly attended. But it's something many games are now aggressively trying to change & encourage more women to take part. Would be fantastic to see women of Rebecca's calibre take part of get involved to encourage others. Wishing her all the best in her goal to be a five times winner she's a real inspiration.

I don't know if this is something you guys would be interested in, but there's a lot of people such as myself who absolutely adore food come from a a family who loves food but has a very troubled relationship with it. I have been in recovery from an eating disorder for 10 years and in those 10 years I have come an incredibly long way from being afraid of food to learning how food actually fuels in my body and helps me be a wonderful mum and if that's something you'd be interested in I would love to talk about it

This is…so good. Mic issues aside I didn’t even notice until you said anything. Regardless, I’m 36, my older sister is my personal favorite person. Hands down. She’s lost a ton of weight recently. But she’s built. (Not like your interviewee) but I’m an adult male. My sister is stronger in every way stronger and healthier than I am.

You guys really should make a seperate channel for Under the Cloche! As a podcast semi-independent from the main show, it has potential to appeal to an audience beyond the regular Sorted food audience and as a seperate channel it will be able to do so. Its also way more convenient from a consumer standpoint to be able to organise you podcast subscriptions. Since youtube has a function to include assosciated or parent channels on the channel page, it should be possible to set up an Under the Cloche channel (as well as upload episodes to spotify and apple podcasts) while not being fully seperate from the main channel
