How long should it take to reboot before you no longer see a black screen?

I've tried all 3 methods explained in this video. I've also tried doing a soft reset by using the reset button on the back of the TV. I've updated software, turned off eco mode, turned off dynamic contrast. Finally did a full hard reset bringing the TV back to the way it was out of the box. I still don't see the picture on the TV unless I hold a flashlight up to the screen.

Imagine going through this before you tube. It probably gets people to buy a new one. I was flipping out and the remote combo worked flawless

Remote combo worked great. My thanks to tech guys on KZfaq, makes me feel like we are not wasting our money and going crazy trying to fix something we had no idea would be happening.

I was almost pissed that I was going to have to get another TV after only having this one less than a year but I was able to reset using it your tricks and no more flickering and my apps now work. Thank you!

Thank you, it worked the 1st time. I was a little concern cause my friend's Hisense stop working on the last day of warranty. October will be 2 years since I bought mine and I love it.
