Bryce is my favorite pick in the draft because he’s quite possibly the most mature player I’ve ever seen leaving college. There’s a lot you can say about him, but one thing he’ll always have is his clear intellect and also his ability to lead a team like he was able to in Alabama.
@Jgroovin1 Жыл бұрын
I've been watching Bryce since the 10th grade. He is well beyond his years. You could see it right away. He is crazy talented physically and mentally. What a lot of people don't talk about is what he did in HS at Mater Dai. He shattered all of their QB records . Mater Dai is basically an NFL QB school. Like Matt Barkley, Matt Linart, and Carson Palmer. The year before Bryce transferred, the QB was Gatorade player of the year JT Daniels. He had just broken all of Mater Dai's records. Bryce shattered his records the following year. Bryce also called all of the plays. The coach, for the first time, with all the aforementioned QB's he has coached, he gave Bryce Young the keys to the offense and allowed him to call 100% of the plays. Imo, he could've gone straight to the pros. He was ready after his senior year. The way you saw him play at Alabama, reading defenses, setting protections, and consistently putting the team in the right play was the same thing he did in HS. And his throws are money every time. Carolina is about to be a perennial playoff team. Guaranteed!

@@Chilly_3DITS No, he definitely didn’t. Cam only played 1 season of big boy football in college, first of all, while Bryce played 3. Bryce started in twice as many FBS games as Cam did, and he played in a lot more than that. Like Cam, Bryce won a Heisman trophy, to go along with his 1 national championship ring, but Bryce has twice as many SEC Championship rings as Cam has. Bryce’s college teams played in 5 playoff/bowl games, compared to Cam’s 1, and won 6 out of their 7 postseason games, total. Cam’s team, of course, only played in 2 postseason games, in his whole 1 season of major college football. Cam had a great year, that 1 year, for sure, but it doesn’t even come close to what Bryce did in his whole, entire, full college football career at Alabama. Maybe, if Cam had never gotten kicked off his first college team, for stealing that laptop computer, he could’ve had a great career like Bryce had, but we’ll never know about that, because, of course, he did steal that laptop, and the 1 good season he had will never compare to Bryce’s career. It’s not even close, obviously. Don’t be silly.
