I was filming Day 1 of the newest class of recruits recently and it reminded me of my first day of the Police Academy so I made a video about it. Enjoy!

I would like to see videos discussing how it feels to be a police officer. Is it boring, exciting, traumatizing, challenging etc.

It’s good to see a new upload! I’m finishing week five of the academy. I am loving it! PT is the best part! Sitting in a classroom for 10 hours every day is definitely the worst part of the academy!

I graduated December 17 and I will forever never ever forget the Police Academy. I was in charge of the guidon.

I remember my LT telling me “go for squad leader or guidon”. I enjoyed being the guidon bc I was in front all the time lol I’m also proud of you and congratulations on your baby girl.

You get paid while in academy?? I am waiting to take my written exam, but honestly so nervous about this! ... Happy to discover you on here.

Happy to have you here! The police department I work for has their own 32-week academy (followed by a 12 week Field Training program) and you’re considered an employee so you’re paid to train during that time and all equipment is provided to us at no additional cost. Good luck on your written exam! 💙

Car inspection??? My vehicle is old and beat up , I better use the bus; that why they won't say anything, lol.

I still remember car inspections in the blistering July afternoon heat having to do front leaning rest and pushups on the hot concrete for someone's expired registration lol good times

Have you ever dealt with first amendment auditors or sovereign citizens?

I’ve personally never dealt with any, they’re not as common where I work. BUT, there’s one sovereign individual that is notorious in our county but I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him lol.
