Restylane is the only one that works for me under my eyes. I've tried three others with awful results. Juvederm, Belotero and another one gave me horrible chronic swelling. I've been getting filler under my eyes for twelve years and Restylane consistently gives me predictable results and lasts about three years under my eyes until I start to notice I need a touch up. I'm so glad they still make it!

Any filler can give the Tyndall effect though, depends on the placement and the skin

Loving these video formats, Dr. Sarah! Makes it so much easier to become more educated on what type of fillers are available. I'd love one on Ellansé - I'm still struggling to find laudable information on this specific type of filler besides the typical 'It builds Collagen' ...

Is Restylane Skin Booster different in that it can be injected more superficially or is the graininess still an issue and the delivery device supposed to mitigate that? I'm loving the vids :)

great video, very interesting with the map of the world showing resty vs Juvederm. does this video apply to just restylane classic or the rest of the range to like lyft and defyn, etc as well?

I used Google Trends to purely look at the search term popularity for ‘Juvederm’ and ‘Restylane’ keywords so that graph is in the broadest terms possible (so yes! would include all the whole range 📈 )

As a newish level 7 injector I have been getting to grips with fillers of choice - I have always found Restylane slightly fascinating as it is really difficult to get much info on it and the rep never got back to me when I asked. There is also the NASHA and OBT technology which I don't fully understand. I think I will stick to Belotero and Teoxane as it is all so much simpler!

It doesn't integrate, it's bumpy...my doctor didn injected it too superficialy.

Defyne , Refyne and Kysse are awesome Restylane fillers but I haven't heard for the superficial injection problems and it's sounds legitimate

What’s the best filler for deep injections? On the bones,especially for lifting the jowls by putting it on the bone right over the masseter muscle? And for deep injection on the chin bone for projection? I tried Restylane Lyft and Restylane Defyne earlier,but I’m not a big fan of Galderma products. So I want to try Juvederm Voluma for those areas(MD codes),what’s your opinion about Voluma? Its G prime is lower than Restylane Lyft but the quality is much better,especially the VYCROSS™ technology. Please give your opinion.

I always used to use a lot of Voluma yes. Recently I’ve been trying Revanesse for this indication and the results are nice. I think they have a good line of firmer products but their more superficial products are not so well developed

@@DrSarahTonks Thanks for your reply! By the way, is it okay to put Voluma on the bone right over the masseter muscle? And what should I use on the chin bone? I personally like Volux,but it’s currently unavailable here. What’s your suggestion? Please answer according to MD codes perspective.

I don’t like volux I’ve seen too many issues. You can put voluma jw1, c1, c3 and c4 yes or you could try the Revanesse

Will the Voluma give a softer look if I put it on chin bone? I want a strong masculine chin. Or I should go for Restylane Lyft?

i’ve been getting 0.5-1ml of restylane lyft per cheek per year and 2ml of lyft every 2 years and i love it! Especially in my chin! i feel like it holds its shape quite well and it gives off a stronger look? will try volux next time HAHAH

In my opinion it just doesn’t last when I’ve had Restylane; literally gone in a week. When I first started out and just had my cheeks done this product was used and then went to a practitioner which used voluma and was shocked at the difference

I’ve tried various fillers in my own lips (which work beautifully for my patients). Restylane classic is the one that seems to work and have best longevity for me

So I dont use restylane under the eye, Kish uses Vital Light very superficially for this though

@@DrSarahTonks it was soo popular even before i was into any esthetique medecine. Walkin the streets these days and sees the clinics which had Restylane logo on their windows etc. I think You know what i mean :)) cheers from freakin poland, Sweetie-darlin 🌻

Aliaxin is actually one of the products that I choose to look at! Should be coming out in the next few weeks!

@@DrSarahTonks I've had juvederm and aliaxin I preferred the aliaxin not as much fluid retention which meant that there was less of a look of migration in the lip area due to it swelling outside of vermilion border would never again have juverderm awful stuff twice I have had it and both time hated the result 2nd time haf to dissolve juvederm
