The Slavic Bazaar is is an annual festival held in Vitebsk, Belarus. Its main program is devoted to Slavic music. The main participants are artists from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, countries of the former Yugoslavia, Poland, and Bulgaria with guests from many other countries, both Slavic and non-Slavic. Dimash won the slavic bazaar in 2015, and here he is back as a guest performer. I wouldn't worry about pausing, most of us fans are used to pausing, I can kind of see you are not, but only some songs of Dimash's performances gets blocked. Stranger, definitely gets blocked without filters, Golden, My Swan, Be With Me. Although if you find fancam footage, those never get blocked. This video rarely gets blocked. And he is not just a master at his vocals, he definitely has mastered his microphone technique. He also plays lots of instruments too.

I'm not sure which songs you've heard(could only see Ave Maria on the channel), but if you haven't heard it I'd recommend 'Sinful Passion' next, more specifically the fancam version from his D-Dynasty concert in Moscow(Dimash 48 is the name of the channel I think) it's not the version people usually react to, but I think the raw sound gives it a different appeal + fancams are usually safe.
