Since I saw a video about "The juiciest tacos" served from a Food truck in Los Angeles I've been searching religiously on where I can find them on the east coast. Finally a new business by the name of Chofi Tacos has them located on 1706 Summit ave. Union City, New Jersey. Quite frankly they put alot of love into these specialty tacos, Birria tacos with consome. The beef is sat in the oven for hours until it releases the natural beef juices. They then strain it to make the beef broth. The beef is then used for the taco meat. And what you have here is a delicious taco experience. The beef tacos themselves are very delicious and the soup just adds to the juiceness to it. Fresh pressed tortillas, excellent tacos makes this place a must-try if you are in the surrounding areas.
