Wrapping Tsumami with leather ito

This is the short video I just take this morning, for practice and have fun :)
It's hard to work with some kind of thickness ito like this, the leather is hard to bend and easily damaged if I don't careful !
Oh I realize that I dislike to work with leather :)))

Good work as usual, the hishi-gami look different, is this because you are wrapping with leather? and...... I need one of those clamps !!!

I've been having trouble wrapping my naga-maki with some synthetic brown leather I bought several months ago, I'm using rubber bands to hold the hishigami strips on the sides but they're a bit too loose and I don't have that glue you're using on the inside of the leather ito- I've heard it's called Pine glue?

yes, you can search about Kusune and the right method to make it, I tried many formulas and this the final best thing i got :)

Que tipo de adhesivo utilizas para asegurar el ito al tsuka, lo adquieres o lo haces personalmente, saludos desde Ecuador

Nghe nói loại Ito được quấn bằng da thường rất dễ bung khi sử dụng nhiều Mình muốn biết điều đó là đúng hay sai mong bạn giải đáp thắc mắc

Simili giả da mới dễ tróc và bung bạn ạ Còn ito da xịn là da thuộc thật. Ngta hay sử dụng da huơu, quấn xong còn dc quét 1 lớp lacquer nữa nên bền như dây vải lụa hoặc cottom nhé
