In this 'making of' video, Tarja and Sharon show you what it was like to shoot the video, tell you what it was like to work together and explain what the song and the video are about.

I don't care what people say, These are two of the strongest voices on the planet, combined with a really great band such as Within Temptation because they're so unbelievable skilled musicians, it can ONLY be a hit! I've dreamed of those two to make a track together.. DREAM COME TRUE! Thank you girls guys, and the whole crew who made that possible!

When the 2 Ladies look at each other (in the interview), you can see the admiration they share of each other. If I had a tone of dough, I'd wish either one or BOTH sing me to sleep. These 2 women at the top of their respective genre, their voices complimenting each other drew tears to mine eyes!

Brown February That's a kind way of phrasing it. I would say more like when someone is gullible and believes everything they read in open letters without taking into account the motives of the creator of that letter and how those motives may have distorted the facts.

I remember when I started listening to Within Temptation and Nightwish back in 2007. I didn't even know the name of the artists, nor the singers. All I remember was their singing style, an opera-like voice and a beautiful tinkling voice. Seeing them together is a great experience, extreme song too. Love you both!! :DD

I hear tarja have a accent but have Sharon a accent to? because I can't hear that often. maybe because I am dutch to if I hear her speaking dutch and then her english I can't hear it really weird 😕

singing always makes people lose their accents. :P every vocalist in metal or rock sound completely different in interviews than during singing.

Well, Dutch people should also have accent when speaking English. They are very close languages, but there's different sounds. Finnish is of course entirely different, being from another language family.

As much as I love Sharon, this duet with Tarja, ROCKS THE HOUSE. What a wonderful duet. Sharon and Tarja are both immensely beautiful, both physically and vocally. It's like two Angels came from heaven to show us mere mortals how it's done. I think there's only ONE thing I love more than this music video, seeing them on-stage together performing this song. This collaboration is PURE GOLD. Hope you invite Tarja back for more in the future, although I doubt you could ever top THIS.

@@louisjamin7195 They do double tempo so when they slow the video down their lips will be in sync with the lyrics, but their bodies will be in slow motion. It creates a cool effect.

She is, even handled the Nightwish break-up well and not got into gossip about it. Today she is easily as much a force to me in music as Nightwish is, they both benefitted from the split now that it's had some time to move on. Tarja has more freedome to write for herself and Tuomas has a new prodigy in Floor Jansen

She is amazing person, her voice is actually what brought me to nightwish and within temptation... but as we all know people rather believe rumors and what other say rather than getting to know or learn the positive/true side of someone. When Floor came on the scene i listened all the old songs with her voice, she has magnificent voice but so does Tara as well and the fact that they are even good friends, not as many people were thinking that they hate each other

For all asking question about filming in double speed: If you want the band to be in slow motion, but still be in sync with the music/audio you do the following: Make a version of the song that is double speed, for example a 4 min song make it 2 mins The band then plays the song at double speed, while you shoot 48fps instead of 24fps When you bring it into editing, you have slow motion effect, but everything is still in sync.

I will always be a fan of tarja's vocal style. What she did with Nightwish was breath taking and when I found out that she was no long in Nightwish my heart just sank to the floor. Now Nightwish is just another goth metal band. Without tarja's vocals.

In addition to loving the collaboration, I love the admiration they show for one another. I wish fans out there would take note of the mutual admiration of two singers who are compared to one another. So many nasty remarks by opposing fans in all types of music involving so many performers. Steve Perry vs Arnel Pineda........Freddie Mercury vs Adam Lambert........ Tarja vs Floor Jansen. Just enjoy all this incredible talent out there for all of us to view and hear.

It just occurred to me that, apart from hearing Sharon shout to the audience at the shows I saw, this is the first time I've ever heard either of them speak. They sound quite a bit different. And on that note, I would LOVE it if Within Temptation was able to come by Massachusetts again. Saw both of your shows here, and loved them both. Still kicking myself for not having the $20 I needed at the first show to meet the band before the show itself.....

Nice feather hairsets they got! Listened this song earlier, a very good one: started beautiful with strings, catchy strong rhythm, liked the background chorus, Sharon and Tarja worked real good together as vocals.
