This is Wu/Hao style Taijiquan 武氏太極拳 as done by Gao Lian-cheng 高連成. This is the first half of his 48 move form and it's taken from his VCD series. If this type of movement appeals to you, then I highly recommend his whole VCD series. His taiji style is quite complete and he seems to be expert in pushing hands.
