I was shocked by the Essa Rios one (maybe because I didn't play as him too much on the game) Also, The Chyna facial motion works with the bazooka, too (since it's one of her hidden entrances)

Always used Essa Rios a lot for some reason as a kid. Would make him Light-Heavy Weight Champion or sometimes Heavy-Weight Champion in Smackdown 2.

Even to this day he had one of the most unique looks in WWE. Not in an over the top character way either. So maybe that's why he stood out to you. Also if you're an Essay fan no need to hide it. 😏

My favorite championship path was the corporate story mode where test and bossman came out to attack me but ended up fighting each other. Another one was Vince searching for stone cold in the bar.

Scotty 2 Hotty and Vince McMahon also have facial animations, but neither of them have taunts that will trigger them. If you switch to the "hands on hips" entrance taunt, then you can see them

I tested it and it Scotty didn't work for me. Vince did however and it was another face I wish I didn't see. 😂

I get what you mean. But I've personally always felt the opposite. I wouldn't usually call it by those names unless if I was referring to Scott Hall or Razor Ramon because it was him that made it famous. So I've always looked at someone else using the move as lesser than so it's the crucifix powerbomb unless used by the master.

Hey I literally just booted up my no mercy on my old 64 and the whole “alt gimmicks “ thing is there but I don’t have where multiple wrestlers share the same slot. I have a slot specifically for ivory , Jackie, funkai and everyone else u mentioned. Fucking weird

I'm assuming you gave them their own slots. You can change it back by editing them and pressing c up on the profile and appearance screens. Taka was overused anyway. 🤣

I successfully recreated CAWs with faces available from VPW2 My current stable has Chono, Hashimoto, Muta, Koshinaka, Takada, N. Ogawa, Yamada, M. Funaki, Shinzaki, Ezaki (H), Don Frye, Stan Hansen, Gary Albright, Kobashi, Taue, Onita, Tenryu, Jado, and Omori. There are a few left to recreate like Sakuraba and Mark Kerr but sadly the combo system isn’t in NM so it’s moot. Everyone I made had GameShark codes for their hidden movesets and even use taunts and weapons. They even use different special finishers instead of corner turnbuckle front grapples.

Wow. That's impressive. I forget where but I think I either seen mods or some gamesharks codes that were able to reapply the combo system in No Mercy since it's left over in from VPW2. I don't think all the code is there though and I can't remember the KZfaqr because that was like 3 or 5 years ago but if you can find it, maybe you'll be able to figure out a way to properly add them.
