This right here… I too relate to both Pen and Colin so much… both of their struggles in figuring out who they are through the seasons. I absolutely love that they are stepping into their true selves and am envious (in the best way) that they get to do that together. ❤

@grumpyunicorn3069 Right, I'm also so envious of them in that regard but also they gave me hope that I don't need to change just because I'm considered uncool or that I've got characteristics of kindness and sensitivity, I'm fine just the way I am and also they gave me courage to face the things that are my deep insecurities and the negative ways I see myself I don't care what anyone says this season was so deep for many of us and a healing experience too🩵

It's such a flop that it's made the list of the most watched Netflix series and movies of all time. Seasons 1 and 2 are on the list as well. Season 2 had 93.8 million views in the first 91 days, while season 3 had 91.1 million views in just 45 days, and it's expected to surpass season 2 shortly. So, people who claim season 3 is a flop are either living under a rock, or just ignoring the real world.

@@karouakiva1714 i’m not talking about how many people watch it. i’m talking about the quality and entertainment value of the show from a fan perspective. I love this season, but lots of fans feel like it wasn’t as good as past seasons and are being VERY vocal about it. To the point where I think this is the first content creator i’ve seen who said it was really good. Most other creators i’ve seen are so focused on the drama that they found this season less interesting because it was less stressful and we spent more time with side characters instead of nurturing some wild drama between the leads. I think the show is at its best when it focused on side characters and family dynamics and feels almost domestic, however there are lots of people that are only interested in bridgerton for the drama.

@@annabelledrake2027 Well, the definition of flop is something that's completely unsuccessful, that failed totally. Which by no means applies to this season, like I said in the previous comment. You're talking about people's subjective opinions, and of course there are people who didn't like it, and are very vocal about it. There are also people who liked it, like you and me, and many more. Like I said, it's subjective.

It's likely Kate got pregnant months ago, while Kanthony were on their first honeymoon. Whereas the featherington sisters only recently started hooking up regularly with their husbands during the season. Pregnancy symptoms can start pretty early, but it can take a good while after that for a belly to show up. Some women only develop a belly right near the end of their pregnancy.

Honestly, I see it as a show incontinuities. I think Kate got pregnant a little before the Featherington sisters, but she was showing too much (the wedding was only about a month after they got home & the sisters probably should have been showing a little bit. The journey to India is going to take 4 months back then, so she shouldn’t have looked that pregnant to be going on such a journey.

@@KforFreedom with showing from pregnancy, there is no “should”. Different bodies do different things. Not only did they get pregnant at different times, they are different women. Some women only show in the third trimester, some never show at all, and some get huge bellies that start developing early on. There is no one size fits all when it comes to someone’s belly growing during pregnancy, because there are many different factors that affect it. Not all fetuses sit in the exact same place and grow at the same speed to the exact same size. Mom’s weight, diet or hormones can affect it as well. Kate may have been a lil big for being about only 1-3 months pregnant, but the featheringtons not showing at all during the timeline of season 3 makes perfect sense. They got pregnant later, and they’re different people.

@@annabelledrake2027 yes, the Featheringtons would be barely showing, but regardless of women showing differently, they went too far with Kate in this scene. She went from it being unnoticeable as to not have to share the news at the engagement, to it being substantial in a time frame of little over a month. But what was really striking to me is that overprotective Anthony would come up with the hare brained idea of taking his Very pregnant wife on a 6 month ship journey to India. This was poor writing just to explain why they aren’t in Episode 8

yes darling, it was too stressful watching Kate secretly like Anthony while her sister was being courted by him. It was ALOT and for some reason I think Anthony’s character wasn’t that interesting to me not as much as Colin, Simon and my farmer George!

​@@ironisaThat is a personal choice too. For me i dont like Anthony very much but i love Colin. For me he is one of the kindest and sweetest characters of the show. Its a personal taste.
