Gonna be honest i highly doubt there will ever come a time where that show just fits in. Thats what made it so good. It is its own bizarre snowflake. It has no "time." Canonically or otherwise.

IDK...Charles is kind of a dick in the comics...he fucks with everyone's minds all the time and never asks them if its cool. Fuck Prof X! However...I DO love Patrick Stewart...so, that version of Prof X...sure.

While I will always love the classics, as far as the recruitment of the original X-Men goes, my favorite story remains the "Children of The Atom" miniseries. A more cohesive streamlined version, Fred Duncan and Magneto involved, a bleak first encounter with a hate group rather than with an evil mutant. Good stuff, severely underappreciated.

They also say he has secondary abilities as a telekinetic but he never uses those abilities in the comics which pisses me off to an extent because he only uses his telepathy even though he has a secondary ability

I couldn't agree more!!! I always thought it was waste not to explore the telekinetic potencial of both Professor X and Emma Frost and making them more of force to be reckoned with. IMO, telepathy was always too overrated by Marvel!

@@teddygramz9242 Good luck using telepathy against machines, robots, bullets or even opponents whose minds are impenetrable and immune against telepathy. This was actually stated by Emma Frost in the X-Men Anime, who was captured by sentinels and her telepathy was useless. Also, Professor X could've used telekineses to lift himself up and move/fly around instead of being always confined in a wheelchair!!!!

@@jonjohnson5542 Cable can use his TK he just can't use it at it's full potential. He constantly sacrifices a portion of his telekinetic powers to restrain the T-O Virus from spreading in his body.

Great job turning decades of disjointed retcons into one comprehensive narrative. I find myself wondering how many of those PhDs were ligitiimly earner and how much his telepathy helped him get them. cameras always seemed kind of shady to me. Asking for a video on MORRIS MAXWELL from the Spider-Man storyline Gathering of Five and the Mattie Franklin Spider-Woman series. As always MAKE MINE THE MERRY MARVELITE!!!!

So Professor Charles Xavier met Wolverine and Storm before he formed the X-men who's first members are Cyclops, Iceman, Hank McCoy's Beast, Angel/Archangel and Jean Grey. Are you going to do history of Iceman, Hank Mccoy Beast and Angel/Archangel?

Professor X is a good example of the story retconned beyond the point of common sense. Nowadays he has so many sins of the past that he doesn't represent his initial values in the slightest. He also rivals Wolverine in amount of romantic partners and when it comes to cameos... Oh dear. Mister Sinister, ClanDestine, Destiny, Carmen Pryde- seriously, why Carmen Pryde? Did anything in Claremont's run required them to meet prior?

So let me get this straight Professor X's secret plan is to form a mutant nation separate from "Normal" humanity while attempting to breed more powerful mutants through a failed scientific doctorin thus copying the ideology of two of the villians he and his team have encountered and stopped on multiple occasions. The ret-cons to Professor X's story make my skin crawl as it goes against everything the character is meant to be, but what the hell do I know I just read the comics since I was 9. It's not like I know anything.

Krakoan era completely breaks all of Marvel continuity. Not a single Xavier, Moira or Sinister story makes sense anymore. Between Krakoa and Avengers BC, it's best just to consider post 2015 modern Marvel as continuity free bad fan fiction.

I was a true fan of the X-men from the beginning to the debut of the new X-men, the writers kept the stories simple and exciting, but that was then and these new writers clearly show that they don't have any creativity because they just simply interject nonsense into what has already been established just to make their story sound good ,without giving any thought to the established cannon, this orgin story of Prof.X is confusing and stupid because of these new writers just threw trashy interjection all in Prof.X's history, not the mention the over use and over exposure of Wolverine, Wolverine was a great breakout character (much like Michael Jackson did from the Jackson 5), but really, they have him meeting just about every character in the Marvel universe through out it's existence, they literally have him either working with, meeting, recruiting, fighting alongside everyone way before Stan Lee or Jack Kirby even though of the character, these new writers have made a shamble of the Marvel Universe with so many interjecting recons , the stories nowadays always have a character getting way more powerful than they should be ,literally putting everyone on the same level as, first Superman, then deities like Zeus or Odin ,I sure do miss the original Marvel crew
