I accidentally left my wok on the stove (on low) for 24 hours. The middle has turned whitish. Which I think is because the metal has changed its properties?? Do you think it is still safe to continue using this wok?

It's totally fine, just polish with salt and make sure there's no chip comes off after seasoning

I guess you're right, chef said the new wok is blue colour (if new pure iron wok is silver colour)
