I just bought this today and it super loud! Which is good thing :) but i wish that there was a way to dim the volume just a tad... Otherwise so far so good, adjustment will come when I next have a "door knocker" to adjust it to the best and most optimal position... I think its so loud that even my neighbours across the street may even hear the door bell ringing haha 10+ rating for the price

@Taya Johnson the motion sensing feature does not come with all x9 doorbell cameras. You have to request for the motion sensing type from your supplier.

Hi, I bought this today but the setup is failing at 90%. Message sound says "Networking Failed please re-configure". I have tried on my iPhone and also my iPad and same issue. I have pressed the reset button few times and retried but same issue. Anything you can help with please?

segundo obtive informações, dura até quase 2 meses e recarrega à 100% com 1h e 30min... se não estiver em casa, não terá como, mas no aplicativo, informa o percentual de bateria que ela tem, daí é só não deixar chegar muito perto do mínimo.

Got mine today i can't register as its not sending the code..I logged in via Google and set up but I don't have video call option. Though I can take photos and record. I'm getting seriously bad loud screeching sounds coming through the device. Any advice?

Mine didn't request for code. When a visitor presses your doorbell, you will get a notification on your phone from which you can choose a voice call, video call or end the call, this is the only way that you can access the video call option. As regards the loud sound, you can keep your phone away from the chime, you can also reduce the sound volume of the chime.

I can't imagine this will stay stuck to the outside of my house with just a sticker. If I took the back off, would I be able to screw it into the wall and then reassemble it? I'm asking first before I potentially break the thing. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the doorbell has a bracket. Stick the bracket to your house/wall/door , then mount the doorbell on the bracket and screw it. If you need to charge the doorbell, you will unscrew it and unmount it from the bracket. The bracket stays permanent on the surface / wall / door.

Just follow the steps in this video. Most times the application doesn't connect to the doorbell immediately. You have to keep trying till it connects. Connect your phone to a wireless router, switch on your phone Bluetooth, press and hold the doorbell for ten seconds until you hear the sound feedback, and wait for it to connect. Also, ensure that you have internet data, because it requires data for it to work.

The doorbell has to be connected to a wifi/router as an internet source. Your phone internet has to be switched-on, in order to receive notifications from the doorbell.

Estranho, pois ao atender a chamada, automaticamente vc vê a pessoa. Quanto ao volume, no botão do meio do aparelho interno, vc tem 3 opções: ALTO, MÉDIO e BAIXO. Quanto às Notificações também não as recebo.

You don't have to remove the bracket from the wall. Detach the camera from the bracket. By doing this, the stinky part will last longer.

You need to be close to the doorbell camera (Your phone and doorbell camera must be close to each other for it to connect). Follow the steps in this video, ensure you have internet data, ensure that your bluetooth is on, and keep trying until it connects. It sometimes takes like 5 trials.

Хорошо, звонок поступил, но он поступил как уведомление. Если ваш телефон был заблокирован, а звук уведомления низкий, вы можете не услышать звук. Чтобы получить удовольствие от дверного звонка, всегда увеличивайте громкость тона уведомлений.

It might be due to the network you are connected with or the network your doorbell is connected with. Try to troubleshoot your networks. If it persists, reset the doorbell by holding the doorbell button for 10 seconds.

Installed app on phone. Charged unit. I paired DingDong. 1. Does DingDong have to be plugged into USB to hear it or can it be a stand alone and placed anywhere? Can I carry it in my [pocket to enable talking to the person at the door from the DingDong? 2. My phone shows my Smart doorbell X9, battery 100%. My phone never rings, never notifies me someone rung the door bell, shows no pictures, Visit record shows no pictures. 3. When the doorbell is pressed, a woman's voice is heard, but it is not understandable and it may be in Mandarin or Cantonese. Why does this happen? Everyone is confused by the woman's voice. 4. The KZfaq video above shows the DingDong plugged into a small device with 2 small screw holes at the end. This device didn't come in the package. What is it? Do I have to buy one or should it have been included? I don't have a USB near the door for the DingDong to plug into. Can anyone help to have this work correctly? Is there a better KZfaq video with voice instructions?

1. The DingDong does not have an inbuilt battery. It has to be connected to a USB. Also, it does not have a microphone. Connect the doorbell to your phone to enjoy the communication feature.

2. Ensure that you have internet data for your doorbell to remain bound with your phone. From your explanation, it seems like the doorbell camera is not connected to your phone. You can reset the doorbell camera.

Switch on your Bluetooth before binding. Also, ensure that your phone is close to the doorbell camera while binding. Try this 3 times. It should bind before the third time.

Yes, that's one disadvantage of this doorbell. You might have to bind and rebind before it final works. Just ensure that your Bluetooth is on, and be close to the doorbell before binding.

You can always do a volume control. Press the middle button on the chime for volume control. You can ask your supplier for the video resolution. 1080P resolution comes out good.
