I will try to upload another video later this week. It really depends on what you're looking for. The exhaust itself at idle is pretty quiet, besides the first few seconds on cold start. It makes a nice sound outside of the car when driving by and does tend to crackle(not very much at all though) when you let off the gas in 1st at like 1800 RPMS. A straight pipe will be much louder in every way shape and form, the only way to get this one more loud seems to be getting a downpipe which then you will need a tune, and other supporting mods to go into Stage 2.

@@ian.ashworth hey man thanks for the reply and yeah I will be going stage 2 and getting a hi flow catted down pipe as soon as I can, I’ll be buying the exhaust first though so that’s why I asked

@@cj-if4tg No problem! I'll try to get a video out tomorrow or the next day. Just remember when you go Stage 2 you will probably want to go ahead and get your cold air intake, downpipe, possibly an intercooler, and it's optional but also things such as upgraded motor mounts, transmission tune(if you have the DSG), rear sway bars, etc... The exhaust is nearly completely quiet cruising at 55-60mph, pretty much the same with other speed limits like 70mph on the highway. It doesn't have much drone at all besides when you let off the gas and it starts to drop in RPMS. If you are going Stage 2 though, I would for sure recommend an actual exhaust like this one instead of just going straight piped

You won’t have a check engine light with the stock downpipe. If you get an aftermarket downpipe you’ll need a tune which will also remove the CEL
