This is the xtool d1 pro 20w laser engraver. The D1 is able to engrave on to material as well as cut out shapes. The assembly was smooth and simple to follow the Xtool software is intuitive and simple to start with.

I have had a K40 laser for several years now and really enjoy it. I've put a 50w CO2 laser tube and upgraded power supply in it.

Cool! I picked up an Ortur laser engraver a couple years back, but it’s nowhere as nice as the one you have there. I look forward to what you do with yours. I’ve done some really cool tiles with mine. You’ll want to build some sort of exhaust system for it….since some material will really smell the place up quite a bit. Good luck!

A youtuber friend of mine has an ortur laser. Uses it a lot! In the spring I am going to start on a 20x30 shop that will be the new laser and cnc shop (and several other new things that I am excided about) When I build that I am going to be installing ventilation for the laser. If I am to get into metal engraving I am going to need ventilation for sure!
