I purchased the Atomstack X20 Pro and basically had the same results as the D1 Pro. Both 20W so makes sense. Great job David. Keeping 'em coming looking forward to seeing some of your new projects with the 20W.

Just wanted to thank you for the video! Had I followed closely the first time, I would have saved myself hours of frustration setting up my D1 Pro with lightburn. In a rush to get things working quickly, I missed one small step in the process which could have been avoided had I read EACH step.

Great video! As with the assembly video. I followed your advice downloading and a few lightburn tweeks. I dont have the logitec camera in lightburn yet as I assembled the Pro in the house and the logitec camera is installed in the enclosure in the shop. Is there any focus or other things to do to the camera. I will plug in the usb and tell lightburn to recoginize it. What about positioning the camera and siscking it with lightburn?. PS...the assembly went perfectly. thank you again for helping and sharing. Your videos are very helpful.

Great video! Curious since you have a xTool D1 10W and now a xTool D1 20W Pro are you using 2 different computers? I'm in the same situation but wondering about conflicting software trying to run 2 different xTools.

If u had a positive position location setup could u cut 1/2 on one side then flip it over and cut it again? All to save power and smoke staining.

did you do anything with the upload switch on the motherboard/control board?

Do I need a camera in order to get images lined up in a 4 coaster jig or any other jig?

I am just curious as to why you use mm per second instead of mm per minute in lightburn. I'm new to my laser and I have the D1 pro. Some people say mm per second is for CO2 laser and the D1 is a diod. Is this just a personal preference?

how did you get a camera for your xtool ? so newbie to xtool .

I have a 10w xtool D1 pro. I have had it for a month and it has been great. But today when I tell it to start it seems to start and then immediately stops and says the job is complete. Firmware and XCS all up to date. Do you have any thoughts?

Maybe you can help me with an issue, as you seem to have not had a problem… I too just got my Xtool D1Pro 20w. I got Creative Space installed, and am I wrong that Laserbox cannot be used with the D1 Pro? That is how I read it on the Xtool software download site. The problem is when I download Lightburn. I followed the exact directions that you have on your video, but when I download the dev file that needs to be downloaded before you configure Lightburn…that is where everything goes south! It shows downloaded in my list, but when I click open file, it asks me what app I want to use and it gives me the option of using Firefox or the Microsoft Store. (Neither of which worked, by the way!). Obviously you had whatever that dev file extension needed because you got it to run. When I just open Lightburn and try to automatically locate the laser, it says that I’m not connected to the laser. If I try to manually find my laser, there is no Xtool option to choose. I’m stumped!!! I hope you have some words of wisdom, as the support dudes direct me to the website for “directions on how to download software.” Ugh…. Really? Do they NOT actually read the emails that they receive? Thanks in advance.

iI have aD1 20W PRO with lightburn and when it return to home, it make a sound like it still wants to move. Everything is set to 0, it like it did not download right.

Put together my new D1 Pro and Air assist today. I am so lost at the Home in the left upper corner. It chatters in the corner at first outline/frame then it doesnt do it again unless I start over in lining something up. Is it that Limit stop And if so, What do I do? My husband bought the xtool d1 pro for me and I installed the lightware software and set it all up ( so I thought) and when my laser bar goes back to the far left corer it just sits there and vibrates, would you have any clue why or what I could do, I called customer service and it's a joke, can't talk to nobody, they have to email me back.

Where can I find profile.

My xtool pro 20 will not respond to any conmands on lightburn or xtool solf ware and can not get a respond from xtool. What a piece of junk. Can not find where to get it fix any where.

Xtools customer suport is horrible, When i try to connect it cant find my D1Pro. They just keep sending links that ive already used and are of no help. You cant speck to a person its all through emails or chat
