how unemployment is measures draw the supply and demand curve for a labour market in which the wage is fixed above the equilibrium wage show the quantity of labour supplied the quantity deamand and the amount of unemployment

If the minimum wage is fixed above the equilibrium the firms won't be able to pay them lower wages than that as a result the supply of labour will increase but the the demand for labour will shift to the left as firms will be considering to switch to capital like cheaper factors of production which will help them to reduce the cost of production .

Does people of pension age who still want to work gets counted in unemployment? Answer should be no, right? But while solving mcq I've come across a question where the answer was yes, they do get counted! Plz help me out on this

the labour force are the employed and the unemployed whereas the work force consists only of the employed. Which would mean that Unemployement is labour force minus work force
