Yaberoo Budjara Trail from Neil Hawkins Park to Lock McNess, return

Жыл бұрынThis 28 kilometre one way trail is based on the movement of Yellagonga and his people between Lake Joondalup and Yanchep. It can be completed in sections. It extends from Neil Hawkins Park in the south to Yanchep National Park in the north, traversing tuart and banksia woodland, coastal heath and former wetlands.
I did it return on a Saturday morning

What GPS unit are you using and what is it chiming? Keen to hear what you’re recording. Do you use Strava?

It’s a Garmin Edge 830. It’s was complaining that I was off the course I have uploaded. Yes. I use strava. I posed a link in this post.

@@jjsadv ah awesome might give it a go myself although my enduro MTB will make me work for it the whole way! I use Garmin Epix watch and I find that brilliant, not tried to upload a route to it yet though. Maybe something i should do a bit more research on

@@chenderson4969 I just did it again on a MTB this morning, and it was a lot harder. Turning those big wide Maxxis tyres is hard work, but he down hills are a lot faster and better with more grip.

had a look on google way the stuf have to be in miles america is on the other end off the world they came not over for a bike ride ????????

The US are about the only country in the world using imperial measurements. They should catch up, use google or by a metric conversion calculator 😉
