Naomichi Yasuda teaches us to eat sushi as it does traditinonally on japanese restaurants, meanwhile he introduces us to ingredients and techniques to assemble sushi rolls. It's great to initiate in the sushi's little world and maybe, to throw yourself into learning. Eat sushi is as delicate as making it, because like master Yasuda says: "It's a balance".

Es cierto que somos culturas distintas y que cada costumbre es un arte en su región pero el arte de cada pueblo está en la magia de su sabor en sus alimentos y está poesía de degustación solo vista invade probar el Japón en esta culinaria tradición el sushi en hora buena maestro nunca eh probado el sushi de esta manera desde huamantla tlaxcala mexico saludos

lo k mucha gente no entwndemos es el respeto k ellos tienen por su arte culinario, para muchos es tonto, pero creanme, he vivido y convivido cn chinos y japones x sierto tiempo trabajando en sus restaurantes y ellos se lo toman muy en serio, el sushi es un arte, ea lo k he aprendido y doy gracias x haber aprendido lo k se, ahora veo los restaurantes de "sushi" muy diferente, especialmente aki en texas

OMG I love sushi I wished that was me sitting across the bar with the chop sticks ,I especially love the eel with the brown sauce. When my wife and I first got together I took her out to eat sushi and she was not to thrilled about the idea it took me about a year to get her to try it but after a lot of persuasion she finally tried it and she loved it now I can't keep her away from it. You should make a video on the order of eating different types of fish a lot of people dont know that there is a order to eating different kinds of seafood you dont start out with the heaviest or the coolest types of s.f. that would be a good video if you haven't already.tks great video.

No, you don't interrupt the master while he is speaking. The whole purpose of this was to feel and enjoy the taste of his work. Moreso a lesson. Customs in Asia are a lot different than in America; these types of documentaries will not be portrayed the same as our American shows.

This is a bit off topic but, one thing I’ve learn from Japanese is that when they are receiving compliments they don’t say “thank you” like this customer did, but show theirs modesty by saying that affirmation is not true, I’m sure that’s not 100% of the cases but is interesting for me. Obviously they know occidental people use to accept compliments so they don’t get it as a rude answer, at least I hope they don’t :(
