I find it so funny that this series of videos is so instructive, so full of good, simple information to help everybody working with audio, and yet at the same time the poor eq on the voice makes it distort everywhere i put it on lol

As a bass player, I like a growly sound and 1k really makes the bass pop. It really sounds empty when you cut those frequencies.

what’s the bass guitar recommendation for School auditorium venue? Should I cut below 50Khz and boost only 100-500?

The bass sounded way better without the high mid boost. How does one eq the other instruments to enable that sound to not be masked in the mix?
