Elizabeth, You may already have your answers, but I would like to leave mine... When ever I read or hear someone say "I don't know what she is singing", I share this with them: I don't know what she is singing either as it is so beautiful I know it comes from the Lord. Do you like to listen to songs played by the guitar? Me too! But you see, the guitar has no language either, nor the piano. But the sounds they make are pleasing to us. Yaron is playing the Shurangiz (Persian: شورانگیز) is a new Iranian musical instrument, a member of the lute family, developed under supervision of the Iranian musician Hossein Alizadeh. It has a skin face, six strings, a longer finer fingerboard and increased number of frets comparing with its original prototype setar. I wish you well.
