Day 1 exercises of muscle building workout series have already been shared earlier on the channel.
This video explains the exercises for Day 2 (Shoulder & Triceps) along with required number of sets and repetitions. Do watch the entire series and plan your training schedule accordingly.
Shoulder Exercises:
Front Military Press: 4 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Side Lateral & Front Raises Combo: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Side Cable Pull Press: 3 Sets of 10-12 Repetitions
Triceps Exercises:
Dumbbell Shrugs: 3 Sets of 10-12 Repetitions
Triceps Pushdown: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
One Arm Dumbbell Overheard Extension: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Lying Triceps Extension: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions

For beginners don't use insane labz specially gold.. It will shake u upside down very hard to handle..if one will use it once no other pre-workout will effect u ever.. And the pre-workout recommended above is good..

Is working 2 muscle groups once a week enough? Meaning as you recommended, day 1 chest and biceps; day 2 shoulders and triceps and day 3 back exercises (with a gap of 1 day in between of day 1/2/3)...and legs in between 1 day. Would working biceps / chest / back/shoulders once a week good enough? Or we should do twice a week....please advise....Thanks alot! You rock! (Manu/USA)

Sir i m so very much confused....bcoz there r so many vdos..which make us confused....sir can u make a simple vdo for middle age fitness awared people as i m 43 year old...n it has been almost more than 8 months i m doin gym...i m feelin very gud...but there is no vdo for my type of people....

Hi gm sir. Aap sahi bata rahe hoo. Hamare gym me kuch kuch ladake. Asaa workout karate hai ki unko pata Hi nahi hum kya kar rahehai. For example . 1 Hammer dumbbell- Marte samai dumbell upar aata to hai par neece jaate samai dumbell ko cross kardete hai . Or dumbell ka weight dekhate hi nahi .full speed me repedection dumbell marate hai. Sir r right . U r doing nice job. Mane bhi aapne bataya wesehi Work schedule plan tayaar kiya hai. I love ur way of teaching ..thanks and respect to u..u are the first person who teach everything in details . ..just one request... Please tell which particular part of muscle is going to hit by that particular exercise... As i m beginner ...so got confuse.. how to cover whole muscle development by which exercise (hope u will get my point) for example ...if we are doing side raise it will hit side shoulder ...front raise will hit front side of shoulder but which exercise will hit rear shoulder ... Please tell this in every video of ur ...thank u so much and love u
