Hey fellow swifty I’m currently with swift been with them for 8 or 9 months now I can personally say I have no clue why people hate on swift I’ve been loving them and my pay has been great that’s why it’s better to always have your own experience I’m on the dedicated church and Dwight account coming out of York and I’m home almost everyday and grossing 1600 to 2100 so it’s right about what you said to find your own path and get your own experience glad you doing well

The horror stories I could tell you about Swift! This was in 2015 /2016 I was driving for them. One pay check I got I brought home 36 cents after they took out the money to pay for training and the cost of the locks. This was not my first time driving a big rig. Back in the 70’s I drove a lowboy hauling cranes and heavy equipment. The life style sucks. There is no respect for drivers in company other wise. And I was coming from aviation as a retired airline pilot and corporate pilot as a captain. This was a nightmare.

Vilma, Can you tell me if they did any sleep apnea tests on you before they hired you? And if so can you share with us about it? My second question, is they first sent a conditional offer then sent me a job offer in California terminal letter with by hour pay. It confused me because I haven't attended orientation. What this your experience as well? I am living in the East Coast and I want to do OTR and they only hire OTR at this time.
