I’m from Australia and I’m flying to the US in September/October. I checked to see who would be playing in Honolulu in October when I’m there, and I discovered Billy Ocean would be on. I thought “hmm… he’d be a has been? He’d be PRETTY old now?”, so I looked at KZfaq, to see if I could find any videos of recent performances of his to see if he’s still any good. I came across THIS one. To say that I was touched, is a HUGE understatement! WOW, I mean WOW. The tears that were welling in my eyes. The way his voice moved me, the sincerity, the feeling, EVERYTHING! He’s incredible and sounds far better now than he even sounded then! It was a no brainer that I’ve happily booked to see him perform in Honolulu (for his VERY first time), and I CAN’T wait!!
