After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible.

What a beautiful class, smooth and with short movements, refreshing and relaxing! 1st time I've seen our little feet as, sometimes, ours are, no matter how clean the floor is, it must be the pollution, something sticky and not easy to get out of objects and everything that touches them! Have you noticed that now air and dust are different!? Oily, fuzzy, sticky! Wow?!

30 minutes of Yin is better than 0 minutes of Yin. Exactly what I thought when I had something to do in 15 minutes but decided it wasn't as important as Yin! Thank you again for wonderful release. And I love your quotes to help my mind go - - 🙏🏻

After a full day of teaching followed by a virtual 3 hours parent’s evening and missing my daily walk, I couldn’t go to sleep without doing some sort of exercise and this is exactly what I needed. Many thanks Travis, I’ve discovered your channel last year during the first lockdown here in England and you introduced me to Yin Yoga which is the best thing for someone in their fifties! I really love this class even if It is my first with you and even if It is short as you say😅. I totally agree with the concept of being on "one task at a time" with our mind and not on the famous multitasking that really generates me stress ... Your words in this meditation are beautiful... I usually don't like guided meditation but something you said struck a chord with me. The mind is quiet when you hear the breath "like a windstorm". I don't know if I'll ever like guided meditation again lol but thank you for sharing this. That's going to stick with me.

I strengthen my body , try to sharpen mind and soul with your power yoga moves and mindfulness, I relax my muscles, mind and soul , trying to let go and keep my mind quiet in Yin yoga. Namaste for all your teachings! Your words , teachings make the most powerful effect .I used to run very early in the mornings, yet not with the pandemic I feel stressed and I am anxious about running cause I would not feel as free as normal times. I started doing yoga practices with the beautiful girl on Boho beautiful. I have now discovered yourself Travis and enjoy your yoga practices. I love your voice, it is so soothing. I have the early signs of Osteoporosis and I find yoga practices are very beneficial. I live in South Australia.
