Hi Everyone, this is a 40 mins deep stretch yoga practice to release any stiffness, tension and tightness in the entire body. We will be doing a combination of forward bends, back bends, side stretches and twists to reset the entire body and help you feel relaxed.

I really enjoyed this flow. But just before savasana when I squeezed my hips it really hurt, felt almost like a muscle pull. Any advise/instruction on how to avoid that?
