Hello Jen, I experience paralyzing back pain in the L5S1 area. I was looking at surgery until a friend of mine suggested yoga. I found your video on a youtube search and I wanted to let you know that after following your video every night for the past 4 days my back pain is more manageable than it ever has been. My co-workers have even mentioned that I seem to be moving better and that I appear to be in less pain. Thank you Thank You Thank You! I almost feel like a new person thanks to you and this video. +Atherton Squire I was a Sciatica sufferer for almost 6 months. I tried anything on earth and the pain just didn’t want to go away. My doctor gave me so many different pain killers but nothing helped. I think I didn’t sleep for more than 3 hour every night for 5 months until I bought the book. Excellent job thanks. I really needed this havent been to the gym and I didnt know how stiff I was this helped my back as well as my thigh muscles. I have a long way to go.

Thank you, Jen. I've been diagnosed as having spinal stenosis since April last year and have been doing yoga breathing and some stretching since Christmas. I will start to incorporate some of the positions you have shown. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and for presenting in such a considered and calm way. Jim

Another great vid. I love your work, Jen. It is easy to follow - -a lot of videos get me stressed trying to follow because they are just too fast.
