I do not typically comment on videos but I had to here. I did this flow last night. I am only 6 weeks into my yoga journey and while I have done other neck/shoulder focused flows (and they have been great) I woke up this morning for the first time in 22 years and did NOT need to reach for my bottle of Tylenol for an arthritis neck induced headache!! I absolutely had to give you a huge THANK YOU for your awesome videos!!

I've been doing this series of stretches every morning for the past several weeks. Prior to starting my neck was so stiff I could not turn it and now I have full range of motion and very little pain. I am photographer and carry heavy equipment on my shoulders for many hours at a time. This series has helped me to maintain my health and my do my job. Thank you Cole!

My husband has been experiencing neck pain and complaining not being able to work properly. He is not in to Yoga but after he tried this, he was happy about the result. It does work!!! Yoga TX i agree. i tried a couple of other ones on youtube, and this is the best one so far. i esp. liked the pose where you interlock your arms and fingers in front. it gave a nice stretch for my shoulders. ty!!!!

For me, this is the KING of shoulder stretchout vids on KZfaq, especially when we transition out of the sitting stretches. The puppy pose and chest stretches that follow it are DIVINE, and often left out of other shoulder stretching videos. Thank you for leading this practice, Cole Chance!

Chiropractors, muscle relaxers, pain meds, surgeons....NO ONE could help my neck and shoulder issues until now with your video. I am able to do the first 10 minutes only, but I do it 3 times a day and already the numbness in my hand is going away. God bless you for this. Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooo much!

I've tried the routine, works really well, but I've felt sore after, I use a neck massager for the soreness it really helps me out a bunch. I got one at shopcrackneck for cheap and it actually works, not a scam or anything like most products..

This is my favorite flow of all time. I have issues maintaining a healthy posture and this makes it easier for my body to do so. A tip for others that enjoy this too, though; don't be afraid to pause the video to breathe into the poses for a bit longer to get the benefits. Once you've done this a few times, too, if you're low in time, you can flow through it a bit faster or even choose the poses that you find most beneficial for the day. Peace and love, Cole. These stretches feel SO good. I've done other neck & shoulder yoga videos before without much satisfaction but this one really hits the spot. Hoping it will help with some other physical issues I've been dealing with, but even if not, it just feels really, really good.

I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for over two years. This may sound silly, but I have really never felt the relief from any other neck and shoulder yoga. I am 66 years old and have dabbled in yoga on and off since I was 18. ... before anybody even knew what yoga was 😁 ...Now a days It's way more convenient for me to find a yoga video then go to a yoga class. Working from home now due to covid 19, I am doing even more computer work than usual which has my body screaming by the end of the day...so instead of reaching for motrin, I start searching for your videos... I have to say you are excellent in your teaching ..you stick to the task at hand and get right into it! The poses are perfectly chosen for the ailment and they flow into each other ! Your instruction of a pose is clear and you are easy to follow and your sense of calm just ties it all together a bow ! thank you so much !!

Cole, you have helped me so much! I have Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis. and the pain is usually intense in the morning. Meds do not help. I take a hot shower every morning and come to Yogatx and pull you up and do which ever Yoga I need for the pain in my body which is usually my neck, back, & shoulders. I don't know what I'd do without you. My Gym only offers Yoga 3 days a week but I need it every day so you have been a God send! Thank you so much for helping me get thru my pain each & every day. Most efficient neck and shoulder yoga I have. Every morning, I feel dizzy because of sniff of shoulder and neck. However, after practice this yoga, I am refreshed. Most important, it is just 20 minutes. Good for people who need go to work in morning. I love every class from Cole. I am not flexible. Her classes are not so challenging but useful. Thank you, Cole. Could you design a neck and shoulder yoga class for pregnant women?

what a relief I got from this type yoga. I nursed my baby for 23 months and my neck and shoulder are compromised so much that limit my daily activities. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE DEEP STRETCHES. WONDERFUL JOB DONE

It not only help pains from neck, shoulders to arms but also get rid of headache combined with the other video yoga. I do all these 30 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds resting.

Cole.... for quite a few years I was in deep neck and shoulder pain. Had been to a couple of of physiotherapists but all was in vain. The greatest thing is, u do your yoga posses slowly and don't force us to push our selves which actually boosts us in pushing our selves. I was unable to rotate my neck but this is helping me

I work as a blogger so I am always on my computer and hunched over. I do this video every morning and it has made such a difference!

As someone trying yoga for the first time I found this immensely helpful, I've been dealing with chronic back and shoulder pain related to the psychosomatic effects of PTSD and honestly this is the first time in nearly 15 years that I've found any sort of relief. Thank you.

I love Cole! I've had major surgery affecting my neck and shoulder muscles that keep flaring because of my anxiety and I've tried so many things but this has helped me soooo much! Not only are the stretches amazing but I just love the energy that Cole has and even the way she accidentally says the wrong body part and then smiles and corrects herself. So many other youtubers would have edited that and seemed less human, it makes me love her even more! Thank you!!!

Taking up yoga made me realize that my shoulders and sides are tight, and I have been googling around for a while and trying out different poses. But this is the first video where I could see the value of doing yoga practice with the video as a live lesson, as opposed to just making a note and trying a pose later. Good sequence. And a great teacher, that shines through.

Love your videos. I have fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease. I'm always looking for gentle/deep full body stretches and restorative poses. Videos targeting these issues may be popular.

Suffered from awful neck and back pain for months. At my wits end, when someone suggested this video. Did this routine once a day for a week and before I knew it the pain was gone. Still come back here and run through the exercises every 2 weeks or so. I literally can't thank you enough!

Thank you for focusing on neck and shoulder. This video really helps my shoulder tightness. I tried other videos but I really like this one. I have an old shoulder injury and have found that other videos have aggravated it but not this one.

Cole - you are my hero! a huge thank you from this desk slave for this intro to the neck and shoulder stretches. i've been doing your back exercises from both the 25 and 30 minute beginner videos but not often enough. this slightly shorter one gave me ideas that i can do at my desk or near my desk... I love your gentle, straightforward teaching method. Yoga is new to this middleager. My daughter referred me to you.

Amazing stretches for back and neck pain. I found my love for yoga from this video and now I am practicing yoga from last 2.5 years. This is true that one can find solutions for almost all life style health issues from regular yoga practice.

Pain relief is a joyful experience! I've had terrible pains in my jaw and head for two months, and your videos have helped me get so much better overnight! Streching was the only thing that alleviate chronic bouts of pain, I found my self putting my head between my legs and screaming worked!. Your method is very superior to the exercises i was coming up with. thanks so much again.
